Spotted this at the weekend, across the way from the Harbour Festival. Was going to get round to get a better photo, but the crowds were just silly.
Anyway, the boards running along the length of the old industrial museum site, put up to keep people away from the redevelopment, have finally received a substantial touch of paint. Seriously, that length of board, that close to where Walls On Fire took place, was just crying out for some brightening up.
It’s perhaps a bit community art, a project for young people and all that, but ably assisted by Andy Council amongst others, so no bad thing. Guess there never was going to be permission for those boards to become a free for all now was there.
Must try to get back for some more photos anon.
