This one was there for a while, ended up getting some tagging appearing around it after a bit (not that the wall hadn’t been being painted for a while beforehand anyway), and eventually the whole lot got painted over and a sign put up asking people not to tag the wall as it costs the health service money. Interestingly, the wall wasn’t then painted again, hardly has been since.
It was on the grey wall on the end of the building there, the one with the smaller grey patch on it bottom left.

Damn, i’ve not seen this piece for ages,
I thought no one ever got a pic of it.
I did have an original Banksy tee (i think) with this piece on it, Back in the day.
Wasn’t the character originally from the film Dead Presidents, with a few modifications.
