Small Stencil On Goldney Lane

Came across this on some wanderings the other day, a cute little stencil on Goldney Lane in Clifton. Not signed or anything, but pretty well done. Sure i recognise the character from childhood cartoons, any ideas?

Hmm, possibly, got a feeling it’s another similar mouse though, one that spoke in a french accent perhaps. According to wikipedia it’s probably not jerry’s adopted friend nibbles/tuffy, as he wore nappies, though did sometimes have a french accent.
Never let it be said that this blog doesn’t wrestle with the difficult issues within the world of graffiti.
