One million pounds for a Banksy?

You can just tell Metro have been itching to run this headline for ages, can’t you. Apparently someone’s selling a wall with a fairly recent Banksy on it on ebay, starting price £1, buy it now price of £1,000,000.
Only problem is it doesn’t seem to be listed anywhere on ebay yet. Is this story actually true?
UPDATE: It’s all about that buzz building isn’t it, it’s on ebay now. Really can’t see why anyone would pay much for it really. Interesting to hear of the scaffolding trick for painting it, heard the same was done for the one at the bottom of Park Street.
